Berlin Risk Advisors is pleased to attend the 10th Anniversary Conference of the ACAMS Germany Chapter on 6 May 2026 in Berlin.
The event marks ten years of the ACAMS Germany Chapter and will bring together professionals from across the European AML/CFT and financial crime compliance community. The conference will focus on transnational threats, emerging financial crime risks, supervisory expectations, financial intelligence, public-private cooperation, and enforcement strategies.
For Berlin Risk Advisors, the conference is an important opportunity to exchange views with compliance professionals, financial institutions, supervisors, law enforcement representatives, advisers, and other experts working to strengthen the integrity of the financial system.
As a firm specialising in integrity due diligence, investigative research, and AML/CFT risk advisory, we look forward to discussions on the practical challenges facing regulated businesses, including organised crime, illicit financial flows, sanctions exposure, complex ownership structures, and the evolving EU AML regulatory framework.
The conference will also include an evening event at the Embassy of Italy in Berlin, with a keynote address by Bruna Szego, Chair of the EU Anti-Money Laundering Authority, followed by a high-level exchange on “Integrity of the Financial System: European Perspectives”.
