Senior Manager – AML Risk Management and Investigations

We are hiring a senior Berlin-based full-time AML/CFT Expert to manage a team of analysts and conduct investigations.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the management of the AML Risk Management team
• Manage client relationships and other external stakeholders to resolve compliance queries
• Review investigations conducted by the analysts and provide training/feedback
• Conduct complex investigations, enhanced due diligence, risk assessment and follow-ups
• Multi-tasking and prioritization
• Manage multiple cases under tight deadlines whilst paying attention to detail
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments
• Improve existing process also with the support of AI

Your Profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Degree in law, political science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, organizational talent, and team orientation
• Assertive, confident manner with strong communication skills
• Proven experience and a keen interest in working with generative and agent-based AI, as well as the ability to proactively identify potential applications for AI and automation in order to optimise processes, boost productivity and enhance impact across the organisation
• English and German, spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
