Manager Operations and Finance

We are looking for a committed and competent person to join our team in a managerial role. This versatile position requires a high degree of personal responsibility, the ability to work in a team, a strategic mindset and expertise in various business areas. You are the ideal candidate if you have specialised knowledge and experience in the areas mentioned bellow.

YOUR JOB

  • Management of the company’s operational processes, including planning, monitoring and optimization of processes and resources
  • Accounting tasks
  • Travel expense reports
  • Administrative activities
  • Setting up and taking minutes at analogue and virtual meetings
  • Support with HR tasks, vacation planning
  • Support with marketing and communication

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Professional experience in the areas of operations, HR and finance – especially in the area of accounting
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Experience or knowledge in marketing and in the use of Office programmes, Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress is an advantage
