Loocyn Kinosian

Lucy Kinosian is a financial services professional with 30 years experience in commercial, investment and transaction banking both in Europe and internationally. 

Throughout her industry tenure, Lucy Kinosian has led client coverage teams in the financial institutions sector and developed key strengths in building and restructuring businesses. She has developed and executed business strategy with a strong foundation in risk management, governance and leading high performance teams. 

Lucy Kinosian has a deep understanding of compliance risk from a practitioners perspective, having worked closely with AML/CFT risk teams to assess and mitigate client risk.  She is currently leveraging her banking experience in board and advisory roles in the fintech and risk consulting space, supporting management teams with strategy and business development expertise.

Lucy Kinosian obtained her undergraduate degree at The Wharton School and MBA from University of Chicago. A native of New Jersey, she lives in Frankfurt, Germany with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, Lucy enjoys mentoring female banking professionals and volunteering in educational organizations.
